As the founder of our firm, CA Syam Mohan is a Fellow member of ICAI and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate with over a decade of experience in Taxation, Audit, and Compliance matters across various sectors. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Syam is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant who has handled a wide range of statutory, internal, and GST audits for government and private entities, including private limited companies, since qualifying in 2013. He also holds a post-qualification certification in DISA and a certificate in Concurrent Audit of Banks from ICAI, which demonstrates his commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards.
As the head of the Audit & Assurance, Indirect Taxation, and Compliance division of our firm, Syam is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. His dedication to providing the best possible results for our clients is evident in his work, and he is committed to using his expertise and skills to help our clients succeed.

CA Govind Prathap is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He joined our firm in 2018 after qualifying in 2016. With his expertise in Government Audits, Project Financing, Internal Audits, Advisory, and Corporate Consultancy services, Govind brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. In addition to his professional qualifications, he holds a post-qualification certification in DISA and a certificate in Concurrent audit of Banks from ICAI, which showcases his commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards.
